NorthWing Digital, located in downtown Hopkins, is a Digital Marketing agency focused on providing highly effective web marketing campaigns for small to large clients in a broad range of industries. What makes our work interesting and rewarding is the opportunity to work on many different types of campaigns across multiple channels including SEO, Search Engine Marketing/Optimization and Pay-Per-Click Advertising.

Our company is growing and we seek a Digital Account Manager interested in continuing their career managing Google ad lead generation and SEO client onboarding and relationships. Our new Digital Account Manager will work with a variety of businesses successfully onboarding new clients and managing client relationships delivering a collaborative and fun client experience. If you have client-facing experience managing Google ad lead and SEO accounts and are interested in a Digital Account Manager role working with an energetic, engaged, and fun Digital Marketing team, we hope to hear from you!

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Gather client information to ensure a successful client onboarding experience
  • Understand each client’s unique business, goals, and marketing strategy
  • Actively review, evaluate, and report on client marketing campaigns’ effectiveness
  • Create new strategies and collaborate internally to review marketing strategies to increase ROI and client satisfaction
  • Communicate marketing program performance with assigned clients, offering suggestions for campaign improvement or changes as needed
  • Coordinate and collaborate internally on campaign strategy, changes, and revisions
  • Develop and maintain positive client relationships with the goal of serving as a trusted and valuable advisor to meet their marketing needs
  • Maintain and create detailed campaign reports
  • Serve as the first point of contact for client questions and inquiries

 

Experience and Skills:

  • 1-3 years of client services or account coordination experience in Digital Marketing managing Google ad lead generation, SEO, or closely related services
  • Experience with developing and strengthening client relationships, sometimes across multiple clients at a time
  • Expertise in the review of advertising accounts and developing actionable feedback to improve ROI
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Commitment to high quality and ability to work quickly with deadlines
