General duties required of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Guide, contribute, and assemble creative products.
- Daily/weekly reporting, analysis, and communication of paid advertising or earned media performance, including but not limited to: web traffic, social platforms, and SEOs.
- Work across multiple communications projects to create media campaign materials (press releases, social content, talking points, ad copy, etc.) and coordinate paid media efforts, including collaboration on client-specific communication assets.
- Assist in the planning and review of promotional schedules across channels (social content, newsletters, email, web, news/press, print, etc.).
- To maintain a creative culture in the office, provide inspiration and feedback.
- Establish and uphold creative standards.
- Participate in and lead brainstorming sessions.
- As needed, assist with event coordination and logistics for client projects.
- Manage a variety of products and paid channels, as well as execution for paid media channels such as Facebook, Google Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, indeed, print, and other online publications.
- Media strategy implementation and media planning/creation assistance.
- Collaborate with your team, management, and outside research to optimize campaign approaches with cost efficiencies.
- Assist in proofing, editing, and copywriting.
- Handling strategic online initiatives
- Developing and implementing marketing ideas into campaigns
- Monitoring and evaluating online media campaigns to keep them fresh and effective.
- Preparing and maintaining the annual budget for the department
- Staying current with emerging opportunities in the Digital Marketing world
- Supervising all personnel in the department
- Managing all contractual relationships with vendors
- Working collaboratively with other department heads and staff to formulate plans and marketing strategies to support their goals and objectives.

Minimum Requirements
· 2-5 Years of Management Experience
· 3-5 Years of experience in Digital Marketing or a related field.
· Digital Marketing Managers must be able to use their knowledge and skills in industries with similar work environments, such as public relations, advertising sales, accounting and business management.
Preferred
· A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is required. Master's degree would be preferred.
· Certification in fields related to Digital Marketing and website development/optimization are helpful.
· Extensive knowledge of predominant Digital Marketing platforms including automations and lead generation
