Responsible for priorities, supporting and driving change management with support of the Marketing Operations Delivery Team while retaining process adherence. Would also be responsible for implementing the strategic road map. Acts a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders that are crucial to the success of Creative & Digital team and actively participates in all digital activities.

Responsible: Creative & Digital is a part of the Insights and Commercial Solutions (ICS) providing end to end solutions to Novartis Brands The program lead sits within the Creative & Digital team providing strategic support on all digital projects that have been centralized. Responsible for priorities, supporting and driving change management with support of the Marketing Operations Delivery Team while retaining process adherence. Would also be responsible for implementing the strategic road map.

Acts a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders that are crucial to the success of Creative & Digital team and actively participates in all digital activities. Act as an onsite subject matter expert for the IMUS Marketing. AORs and the MODE Team, across different Digital Production activities Provide training and governance for the Brand/Marketing/AORs on the established ways of working across different digital production activities.

Help implement the solution that was developed for brands that would leverage platform capabilities to it's fullest and actively participate in the calls with MS and AORs to provide recommendations on the Dos and Don'ts Work with Marketing Ops & Hyd team for bringing in enhancements through enabling new technology and best in class practices thereby enabling faster digital development of content. Experience in working and driving conversations with Brands/Marketing/AORs to identify solutions to bring efficiencies, quality in Marketing Delivery process. Should be able to identify and resolve operational issues, clearly articulate recommendations, and oversee implementation of agreed solutions.

Ensures exemplary communication with all stakeholders and leadership with regular updates focusing on Digital production accomplishments, KPIs, best practices and strategic updates. Requirements: The position requires a leader that can facilitate and drive change in a complex environment. Strong interpersonal and networking skills are necessary.

Key to success in this position is the ability to work within the organization at all levels, working in a "hands on" manner. The role would suit someone who has market expertise and very strong leadership/service innovation to ensure delivery of the defined strategy. +15 years of commercial experience of which +10 years in all of the areas of campaign design/marketing/campaign with a leading Pharma company and managing content delivery/content factories Excellent cross-functional skills.

Ability to work and lead a cross-functional team in a matrix environment. Strong process/project management skills. Commercial experience managing digital services or driving key digital initiatives within global functions.

Several years of leading and managing service resource/people management/planning across multifunctional teams and complex matrix environments. Outsourcing operational experience. Past work reflects a track record of operational excellence.

Skills: Fluency in English. An experienced presenter. Senior-level client contact.

Familiarity with process management, quality KPIs and operational issues / management Proven resource management and leadership capabilities with an ability to motivate for results with a strong business acumen Pro-active in handling complex situations & problems Excellent cross-functional skills. Ability to work and lead a cross-functional team in a matrix environment. Strong process/project management skills.

Ability to communicate effectively alongside having a persuasive and credible presentation style at all levels of organization. Knowledge of the disease areas within the Business Franchise advantageous, with strong leadership and communication skills and an ability to translate analytic skill into commercial strategy. Location: Hybrid role in East Hanover, NJ (3 days onsite) Pay Rate: $63- $106/hour Contract: 9 months Health, dental, vision, 401k Why Novartis?
