Upbound Group Inc Summer 2024 Internship candidates will take part in a ten-week program onsite at our corporate headquarters in Plano, Texas, running from June 3 to August 9, 2024.

What We Are Looking For:
- Paid Internship: $20.00 per hour
- Must be a rising Junior or Senior or recent graduate of an accredited four-year college or university.
- Cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher
- Previous work or classroom experience in the following is preferred: Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, SQL, and Python.
- Employer immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
- Must be able to work M-F; 8 am – 5 pm onsite at Upbound's Corporate office in Plano.
- Reliable transportation
What You Will Do:
The Digital Marketing Intern will partner with the Marketing team providing direct exposure to a variety of professionals from varying industries and levels of experience.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting social media, paid search, OLA, and OLV campaigns across all lines of business
- Assisting in producing social media paid/ organic content
- Researching social media trends to develop creative ideas
- Helping with Digital Marketing reporting
- Completing other administrative tasks as needed

This exposure will afford you a real-world experience and application of what you are currently learning in school as applied to the corporate environment. As an Intern at Upbound, you will be able to directly have a meaningful impact on our business, and learn more about the function firsthand from the best. You will have an assigned mentor and manager for the duration of the program.
