The Digital Marketing Intern at Ryan will embark on an exciting journey, helping manage the day-to-day functions of the company's corporate websites and Intranet, as well as supporting the Firm's Search Engine Marketing (SEM) programs. This role includes maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Google Analytics for tracking website performance. The Digital Marketing Intern will be responsible for updating and managing website content, assisting in the integration of acquired firms' websites, and handling basic CMS tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:
People:
- Foster a positive team atmosphere.
Client:
- Respond to internal stakeholder inquiries and assist in website-related tasks.
- Support the development of internal and external web pages.
- Assist in creating website traffic and conversion reports for internal review.
Value:
- Update and manage website content, including basic CMS tasks.
- Work on enhancing website performance with guidance.
- Collaborate with the email marketing team on lead generation and sales funnel tracking.
- Help with website audits for compliance and consistency.
- Assist in data analysis using Google Analytics.
- Support new site launches and content optimization.
- Provide basic troubleshooting for websites.
- Maintain brand consistency across sites.
- Contribute to the editorial and marketing calendar.
- Assist in updating content and source files across all Ryan websites.
Education and Experience:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Data analytics or related field from a four-year college or university with an overall GPA of 2.8
- Anticipated graduation date within one year of internship
Professional Skills Requirements:
- Familiarity with basic HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- An eagerness to learn CMS tools.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to take on multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid driver's license required.
