Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Director to join our Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law Firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a multi-million-dollar marketing budget and driving significant new client acquisition through strategic and innovative Digital Marketing initiatives. This role is critical in enhancing our firm's online presence and maximizing our market share in the highly competitive legal services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Budget Management:
Develop and execute a comprehensive Digital Marketing strategy that aligns with the firm's business goals.
Efficiently manage and allocate a multi-million dollar budget across various digital channels to maximize ROI.
Continuously assess and optimize the marketing spend based on performance metrics and market trends.
2. Google and Search Engine Marketing
Work with our dedicate Google Ad expert to plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
Implement A/B testing and other strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Utilize Google Analytics and other reporting tools to track and analyze key performance metrics. Generate regular reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
3. SEM and SEO:
Oversee and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) and display advertising.
Implement advanced search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to enhance organic search visibility and ranking.
4. Social Media Marketing:
Lead social media marketing efforts to engage with target audiences, increase brand awareness, and drive client acquisition. We have an in-house social media coordinator and an in-house graphic designer that you will be working with and directing.
Leverage platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram for targeted advertising and community engagement. We have an outside team that we work with that you will be responsible for collaborating and, along with the social media coordinator, directing.
5. Database Marketing.
Implement database marketing strategies through emails, texts, and funnels to engage and nurture leads … and convert those leads to clients/new business.
6. Content Marketing and Branding:
Develop and oversee a content marketing strategy that positions our firm as a thought leader in the Personal Injury domain.
Ensure consistent branding across all digital channels.
7. Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions.
Provide regular reports to senior management detailing campaign results and strategic recommendations.
8. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive brand message and effective client journey.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in a Digital Marketing leadership role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, SEM, SEO, social media, database marketing, content management, and digital analytics.
Excellent budget management skills and experience handling marketing budgets.
Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
