Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketer to join our team. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing trends and has a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels. Duties: - Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email marketing, social media, and search engine optimization (SEO) - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to build brand presence and drive user engagement - Create and optimize landing pages, websites, and other digital assets to improve user experience and conversion rates - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using analytics tools - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role - Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and content management systems (CMS) - Proficient in HTML5, JavaScript, and other web development languages - Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a plus - Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms for website management - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Skills: - Email marketing - Social media management - Digital marketing - Social media marketing - HTML5 - JavaScript - Content creation - WordPress - Graphic design - Analytics We offer competitive compensation packages based on qualifications and experience. Pay: $70,372.00 - $74,401.00 per year
