Position Highlights:
- Shift Schedule: Full-Time Days, 5 8-hour shifts
- Location: Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist, Winston-Salem Campus
What You'll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic Computer Skills
- Preferred - Medical Terminology & basic knowledge of human anatomy
- Strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and communicate professionally with Physicians and other healthcare personnel
Job Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
- Efficient Information Handling: Maintains precise patient records, upholds confidentiality standards, and ensures prompt access to patient data files; Rectifies any database errors as needed.
- Seamless Integration: Monitors exam completion for rapid Radiologist interpretations, facilitates external exam uploads & ensures compatibility of scans into our PACS system; Addresses any issues promptly.
- Customer-Focused Communication: Provides courteous and informative assistance to healthcare personnel & patients, both in person and over the phone.
- Streamlined Image Management: Manages soft copy image retrieval for clinical departments, optimizing workflow.
- Equipment Expertise: Ensures proficient equipment use for efficient task execution.
