Job Description
Basic Qualifications:
Basic understanding of logic gates, flip-flops, state machines, digital circuits
Hands-on implementation of design onto hardware and hardware integration/test
CLEARANCE: Candidate must currently have an Interim or Active U.S. Government DOD Secret Clearance prior to start date.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with VHDL design or verification
Experience with Electronic Design Automation (EDA) Tools: Xilinx Client/ Vivado, Altera Quartus, ModelSim/QuestaSim.
Experience with developing FPGA requirements and be able to show traceability to requirements and technical references.
Experience with board or system level debug as well as reading and interpreting electrical schematics
Bachelor's or Master's Degree Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or Computer Engineering (BSCE)
Experience with very high speed interfaces and advanced manufacturing
Familiar with multilayer board design, signal integrity, and RF communication systems
Experience with scripting languages in support of development environment configuration and execution.
