Job description

Our growing global digital marketing team is seeking a talented Demand Generation Specialist to own and optimize our digital campaigns. This role is responsible for driving quality inbound and outbound lead generation, overall website traffic, and digital campaign performance. This is a high visibility role within our global organization with a chance to work closely with product and commercial leaders to drive impact.

Increase lead generation via SEO and PPC for all brands and create a powerful inbound engine to support revenue growth.

· Develop SEO strategy and drive organic search traffic growth for product research and buying intent keywords.

· Work with web operations to balance traffic growth with conversion rate and achieve overall Fortive wide conversion rate and lead gen growth targets.

· Use CMS to deploy on page optimizations and track effectiveness of changes.

· Own LinkedIn, PPC and other 3rd party ad network campaigns to maintain and grow return on ad spend (ROAS).

· Audit website and landing pages to find technical SEO, SEM, and CRO opportunities and work with web operations to improve performance.

· Work with regional marketing leads to expand best practices and support quality inbound lead generation growth globally.

Drive vertical marketing and new business development campaigns to identify and engage target accounts.

· Work closely with product managers and commercial teams to create target account lists and ideal customer profiles.

· Advocate the usage of ABM and targeted marketing within our organization. Education commercial stakeholders to drive best practices for account targeting and nurturing.

· Strategize with content team to create high performing content that will engage and convert prospects and qualified leads.

· Use analytics to identify successful channels that drive highest impact. Actively optimize and find what works/doesn’t work within a budget, maximizing total funnel and revenue generated from digital activity.

Nurture both inbound leads and target accounts. Design engagement digital communications together with the content team to nurture qualified leads through the buyer journey.

Design engaging communications, work with content team to create meaningful emails, and nurture our vast number of leads through sales funnel/pipeline stages.

· Deploy ongoing nurturing and remarketing campaigns to maintain awareness with potential leads through the buying process.

· Work with subject matter experts and content team to develop campaign content mapped to the buyer stages and design to help customers solve their design challenges.

· Lead the creation of landing pages and website content to support success of ABM and other nurturing campaigns.

· Track and actively optimize existing campaign content. Identify best/worst performing content and create best practices to drive successful optimization across all campaigns.

· 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on search marketing or digital campaign performance, preferably in B2B companies

· Experience working in a globally distributed team within a matrix environment.

· Process orientated with strong attention to detail and project management. Drive actions to completion and champion projects from start to finish.

· Proven experience creating and delivering a variety of digital ad campaigns with measurable results.

· Strong analytical skills and experience using web analytics tools (Google Search Console, Google. Analytics, Google Ads, etc.). Google certification is a plus.

· Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.

· Basic Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS to identify areas of opportunities and make SEO recommendations (hands on work handled by web ops).
