Here's an opportunity to significantly influence the Demand Generation initiative within an expanding company. In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Director of Marketing, providing support and close collaboration with the executive leadership team of a rapidly growing communications company. Your involvement will span various marketing aspects, encompassing everything from building brand awareness to executing lead generation strategies and associated tactics.
Our company provides a platform for global communications and managed services for large enterprises with offices around the world. We have been in business for seven years and have recently invested in scaling our marketing engine. We are privately held and profitable.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating on B2B marketing campaigns and collateral development
- Supporting campaign execution in HubSpot and across multiple other paid and organic channels
- Analyzing and reporting on campaign results and other marketing KPIs
- Managing virtual and in-person events (attendance not necessarily required)
- Managing and executing social presence from calendar development to posting
- Performing market research, writing copy, making website updates, managing and customer communications

- You have strong writing and copy-editing skills that you are excited to lean into as part of your role
- You have insights into what works and what doesn’t work with B2B marketing
- Your pride yourself on strong project management skills
- You are an excellent communicator (written & spoken and via analytics)
- You are comfortable working up, down & across an organization, as well as with partners and vendors
- You have marketing automation and CRM experience (prefer HubSpot)
- You are comfortable implementing campaign flows and creating reports within the marketing automation platform and understand the importance of owning the data across reporting mediums
- You have experience working with data and lead lists from ZoomInfo
- You have experience with digital advertising (LinkedIn and PPC)
- Relevant degree and three to five years of related experience

This is a remote work position, with an opportunity to get together with co-workers for occasional events and meetings. Ideal candidates will be located on the east coast or willing to work EST hours to support our global organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
