From your PASSION to ours
The Digital Content, eCommerce Intern is a 10-week paid summer internship that will work within the Sales - eCommerce team under the guidance and supervision of the Digital Shelf Manager. The intern will assist with the day-to-day activities of the eCommerce team. The internship is a hybrid role that will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Chicago.
The internship program begins June 3rd and will go until August 8th.
From your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Generate various pdp and campaign content in form of videos, executing to completion based on resources available - utilizing agency support as well as in house creative team
- Lead copy optimization with rich keywords across all brand portfolios, creating templates and scaling across different product lines
- Collect and compile user generated content across various social and retailer platforms for key brands, propose and execute integration into digital shelf content
- Conduct content audits on current content data base within Salsify, identifying and presenting on opportunities of growth
- Execute creation of BTF content for pureplay partners supporting the Ecommerce Sales Manager
- Drive keyword research for search engine optimization supporting the Associate Director of Capabilities
- Provide weekly status updates on ongoing projects to digital shelf manager
- Support digital shelf manager in day-to-day needs, syndication, developing and scaling pdp content, managing content catalogs, filling content data gaps, and performing various analysis' on content performance, field sales team education
- Work on an encompassing project for the duration of the Internship, including digital shelf videos
Requirements

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:
- Candidate will possess or be pursuing a BA or MBA, with a specialization in marketing Sales or eCommerce preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Proactive and results-oriented in a time-sensitive environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including reporting and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain flexibility in an ever-changing environment
