We're seeking a talented and creative Digital Content Creator to join our dynamic team and contribute to our online presence. If you have a passion for design, a knack for creating engaging Digital Content, and a deep understanding of various online platforms, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Digital Content Creatorat Bath Wizard®, you will oversee optimizing our growing library of over 50 websites. Due to the number of websites, pioneering unique strategies, strategic multitasking with high output, and being highly organized are required. You will report directly to our Chief Brand Officer and Executive Team.
What You’ll Contribute
In this role, you can expect to:
- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our brand's voice, values, and target audience.
- Create compelling and visually appealing content, including blog posts, social media posts, videos, graphics, and more.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather ideas, insights, and feedback to inform content creation.
- Research industry trends and stay up-to-date with the latest Digital Content and social media best practices.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and consistent posting across all digital platforms.
- Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement, with a focus on driving traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- Stay informed about emerging digital trends and technologies to recommend innovative content strategies.

What It Takes to Succeed
At Bath Wizard®, we are Default Aggressive towards our goals and take Extreme Ownership of our results. We’ll provide you with the training and tools to set you up for success, and we hope that you’ll bring:
- Proven experience as a Digital Content Creator or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse Digital Content types.
- Experience with WordPress
- Proficiency in content creation tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and content management systems.
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative and open-minded approach to working in a team.
- Experience with video editing and multimedia content creation is a plus.
