We are a comprehensive non-profit organization that serves older adults and people with disabilities in King County. Our mission is to partner with older adults to provide accessible and inclusive services so they can age their way.
We are seeking a Digital Communications Specialistto join our Team in Seattle, WA
WHAT will I do?
Develop and implement internet marketing strategies. Optimize online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness, and improve customer satisfaction. Implement online and digital marketing initiatives such as search optimization, affiliated marketing, social networking, and fundraising campaigns. Create, write, and design digital content. Manage and maintain video libraries including the creation and sourcing of website content, multimedia presentations, videos, and digital publications.
Pay Range: $33.00 - $34.25 per hour.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and create online media campaigns, including research & planning, strategy, implementation, monitoring, optimizing, analysis & reporting.
- Manage digital content libraries and website updates. Diversify the images, identities, and perspectives represented in photos, artwork, and print materials.
- Develop social campaigns that are compelling and relevant to users in different stages of funnels.
- Write, schedule, and optimize daily posts across multiple social platforms with inclusive language to increase program utilization with a focus on underserved populations and donor support.
- Implement, track, analyze & optimize paid media campaigns across social media. Develop strategies and tactics to improve paid media management efficiency.
- Accountable for email marketing, Pay Per Click (PPC) Search Engine Optimization for the organization, client, and donors.
- Deliver monthly reports, provide analysis, and ensure clients are informed on account status. Recognize data trends and troubleshoot data anomalies.
- Create and repurpose short format videos for Digital Communications that are impactful, engaging, and that incorporate accessibility needs where possible.
- Design and layout copy for approval. Coordinate with vendors to complete projects.
- Evaluate, test, and optimize key metrics that improve business objectives.
- Research and remain current on emerging web and social media technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Two (2) years’ experience managing content and production for high traffic websites.
- Two (2) years’ experience managing social media platforms and paid media management.
