Experience and Education
Previous retail experience.
Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned)
Provide all guests with OUTSTANDING Guest Service
Ensure all sales, cash, and operating discrepancies are reported in a timely manner
Work with entire staff to ensure they are scoring 100% on all branded Mystery Shops
Utilize suggested selling techniques with Guests
Complete customer transactions accurately and efficiently, and ensure compliance with applicable age restricted product regulations such as tobacco and alcohol
Maintain a neat and clean appearance in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
Ensure cooler, store shelves, and displays are clean, fully stocked, and fronted
Notify the General Manager or leader of any maintenance problems

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate by talking and hearing.
