We are looking for a dedicated Digital Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Best Version Digital, a leading provider of advertising products. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in guiding our clients from the contract signed stage to the successful implementation of our products. You will be the primary point of contact for clients during the early stages, specializing in setups and early reporting. Your focus will be on ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, providing training, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Client Onboarding: Lead new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with their goals.
• Training Sessions: Conduct training sessions to empower clients in utilizing our digital marketing reporting tools and client dashboard effectively.
• Setup and Configuration: Specialize in setting up clients on our digital advertising products, ensuring configurations align with their unique business objectives.
• Early Reporting: Provide early reporting to clients, offering insights and recommendations for optimizing their digital advertising efforts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales and publishers, to coordinate a successful handoff to account managers after the onboarding phase.
• Customer Support: Act as the point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations during the onboarding phase.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of Client Onboarding processes and configurations for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in digital marketing or at a digital agency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
• Familiarity with digital marketing reporting tools and experience conducting reporting calls.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and priorities effectively.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
