Kicksite has an immediate opening for a Client Onboarding Specialist position in Overland Park, KS. Former teachers, trainers, mentors, and coaches are encouraged to apply! The Client Onboarding Specialist will focus on building strong, trusted partnerships with Kicksite customers and will act as a true advisor to our customers. This individual will be tasked with helping our customers effectively engage with the Kicksite platform and process which, by result, will lead to stronger business growth. This position requires a strong teacher/coach/trainer mindset and is critical to a customer's experience with our product.

What You’ll Do

• Provide best-in-class product training for our growing customer base and foster a delightful experience to all customers

• Oversee processing of incoming customer inquiries via social media, e-mail, and other applicable platforms

• Use technical knowledge to work through internal admin systems and troubleshoot bugs

What You Bring to the Team:

• Results-Oriented: Must have a proven record of achieving results in school and/or previous jobs and must have an inner drive to succeed. You will have a desire to want to grow professionally and progress in your career.

• Customer-Oriented: A successful Customer Success Specialist has a clear and impassioned customer management philosophy along with outstanding customer relationship capabilities, interpersonal and communication skills.

• You Are Eager to Learn: Our product suite, the industries you sell into, business management best practices, and how our solution solves customer pain points.

What Makes You Stand Out:

• 1+ years of relevant training/teaching/mentoring experience preferred.

• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.

• Experience in onboarding and training
