As a Digital Account Manager, you will be the go-to person for our clients, strategizing, planning, and upselling our products. Your role is crucial in ensuring client satisfaction, driving growth, and fostering lasting partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by becoming their trusted advisor, main point of contact, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
- Digital Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of digital marketing principles, industry trends, and best practices. Provide strategic insights to optimize clients' digital advertising efforts.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our digital advertising products and services. Educate clients on the features, benefits, and capabilities of our offerings.
- Sales and Renewals: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure successful renewals and upgrades.
- Strategizing: Plan and strategize with clients to meet their evolving needs. Provide guidance on utilizing our products for maximum value.
- Client Advocacy: Be the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for client needs and providing feedback to improve products and services.
- Customer Retention: Develop and execute customer retention strategies to ensure long-term partnerships. Monitor customer health metrics and take proactive measures to prevent churn.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in digital marketing or at a digital agency.
- Strong understanding of various digital advertising products.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets, drive renewals, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Familiarity with digital marketing reporting tools and experience conducting reporting calls.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
