Array Digital, a leading digital marketing agency catering exclusively to the legal sector, is on the hunt for a dedicated Account Manager. This role requires a unique blend of marketing expertise and an understanding of the nuances of the legal industry. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our client relationships and campaigns, ensuring law firms effectively navigate the digital landscape and achieve their marketing objectives.
The ideal candidate is not just an Account Manager but also a strategic partner for our clients. With a minimum of 3-5 years of digital marketing experience in account management, you'll act as the bridge between Array Digital's services and the specific needs of our clients. Core Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for legal clients, ensuring consistent, transparent communication to facilitate effective collaboration and feedback.
- Understand client objectives and deliver customized digital marketing strategies in line with their goals.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively address concerns or potential issues.
Strategy Development & Execution:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, ensuring that KPIs are met or exceeded, and provide periodic updates to clients.
Industry Insight:
- Remain updated on industry trends, especially in the legal digital marketing arena.
- Leverage legal industry knowledge to identify opportunities and challenges unique to law firm clients.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Present monthly/quarterly performance reports to clients, explaining analytics in an easily digestible manner.
- Offer insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis to optimize client campaigns.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with internal teams, including content, SEO, PPC, and design, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Participate in internal training sessions, sharing legal industry insights with colleagues to bolster the team's collective expertise.
- Provide input into the strategic direction and associated tactics of client accounts based on a strong understanding of their marketing and business objectives
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to estimate client projects and allocate time among agency team members.
- Ensure timely client communication, compliance, and conflict resolution.
Objectives
- Be the main point of contact between the clients and the operations team.
- Be knowledgeable of the duties of the operations team in order to answer client questions effectively.
- Build trusting relationships with clients throughout the lifespan of their engagements.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our services.
- Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner.
Daily and Weekly Responsibilities
- Manage communications via the client support portal for generic requests.
- Maintain frequent communication with the clients via phone and email to build strong relationships and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
- Organize and facilitate monthly and quarterly strategy meetings with clients.
- Facilitate monthly reporting.
- Be the main point of contact for our clients and manage any questions or requests that arise.
- Support the operations team by facilitating communication with the clients, scheduling meetings, and providing additional support when necessary.
- Coordinate with clients and team members to solve problems, resolve scope, and ensure we are providing quality service.
Required Qualifications
- You have a minimum of 3-5 years of Digital Marketing experience in account management.
- In-depth understanding of GSuite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
- Previous experience using project management software (Asana, Monday.com, etc.)
- Previous experience using business communication software (Slack, Gmail, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convey complex digital marketing concepts in a clear and understandable manner to clients.
- Strong ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience and understanding of the legal marketing vertical beneficial
- Understanding of website performance metrics
- Basic knowledge of website infrastructure
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, and email marketing software
- Spanish fluency is a bonus
