Development Support Coordinator

The Development Support Coordinator is a pivotal role within the MA Ops Team, serving as the primary point of contact for Development Officers (DOs) and spearheading project management for all DO requests. This position is crucial for ensuring seamless coordination of Project Profiles, Proposals, DO Reserves, and other tasks that contribute to the success of Ministry Advancement Operations and the broader goals of ICM development.

DO Requests and Project Management

· Serve as the central contact point for all Development Officers (DOs), managing and coordinating their requests efficiently.

· Work with the MA team, finance, and programs team to coordinate DO requests, research information needed and see requests through to completion.

· Collaborate closely with DOs to gather necessary information, facilitate project development, and ensure timely execution of tasks.

Maintain a keen eye for detail, accuracy, and adherence to timelines in all project management aspects.

Communication and Writing for MA Ops/DOs

· Engage in effective communication with DOs to understand their needs, inquiries, and project requirements.

· Facilitate clear and concise communication between DOs and relevant stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration.

Contribute to the writing and creation of materials related to Ministry Advancement Operations, including reports, templates, project documentation, and communications with DOs.

Project Profiles and Proposals

· Manage the creation and maintenance of Project Profiles and Proposals, ensuring they align with organizational goals and present compelling narratives to investors.

· Collaborate with DOs to gather essential project details, impact data, and any other relevant information necessary for effective profile and proposal development.

Contribute to the written content of proposals, completing the necessary research to provide compelling content and information.

DO Reserves and Analysis

· Oversee the management of DO Reserves, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.

· Contribute to the analysis of DO Reserves, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Collaboration and Team Support

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Ministry Advancement and other departments to support DOs in achieving their goals.

Participate in strategy sessions, meetings, and reviews to stay informed and provide valuable input.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
