CACI is seeking an Information Technology (IT) specialist who can provide SharePoint development, Knowledge Management, and IT Desktop Support for an Army Program Management Organization on Ft Belvoir, VA.
What You’ll Get to Do
- Develop SharePoint Applications and workflows. Manage, configure, provision, and optimize SharePoint sites, and ensure their performance.
- Optimize and manage APEO calendar.
- Manage internal needs to provide information access throughout organization.
- Point users towards existing training resources; administer knowledge management roles as needed.
- Assist in managing IT assets (laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, smart phones, peripherals, software, etc.) .
- Respond to user queries on troubleshooting IT systems. Forward trouble tickets to appropriate administrator SMEs or higher echelons.
- Install and troubleshoot end user apps and certificates.
- Assist with managing taskers and staffing packets.
- Develop and publish IT-related operations functional policies and procedures, Letters of instruction, other directives, and communications (EXSUMs, Information Papers, Briefings, Reports, etc.), as needed.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Active Secret Security Clearance.
- Experience developing and managing SharePoint sites.
- 4-Yr degree in IT or similar (or substitute 3 years’ experience providing IT-related support).
- 2 years Knowledge Management, IT Help Desk, Database, or software development experience.
- Proficient with Windows desktop operating systems, as well as Dell hardware.
- Must have a solid understanding of network communications.
- Ability to lead efforts on assigned programs with minimal oversight from the Government lead.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Experience in working IT within a DoD or Army on-site environment.
- Security+ CE certification
- Experienced in a variety of programming languages, such as C, C++, Java, and Python
- Extensive experience with Windows 10 and Android operating systems.

$64,400 - $135,100
