Salesforce
Be proficient in Sales force or some similar CRM experience.
Be able to log tasks daily for other members of the team as well as data entry for
grants, emails, donor relations, etc.
Work with the grant contractor to make sure all current grants are being logged into
both Salesforce and SharePoint correctly.
generate reports to present to team and CEO after events, monthly, and quarterly.
Grants
Manage, and write all church grants. This includes maintaining the sales force and
keeping it up to date with grant applications and re-applications. Writing and
submitting Grant Applications and Use of Funds Reports.
Write ALL use of funds reports and maintain working relationships with
accounting and department used for the used grant.
Main point of contact for the grant contract writer.
Making sure grant plans are made and uploaded.
Review Salesforce and SharePoint to make sure all the information is added
appropriately.
Bi-monthly meetings with Grant Contractor to make sure all items are answered,
documented, and Salesforce and SharePoint are correct.
Research new opportunities for church grants.
Social Media
Maintain working relationships with Academy, EF and staff to create posts that
reflect what is happening at Gen 1.
visit the campus once a week to snap any photos for a story, or to be aware of
what is happening in the classrooms.
During the first week of the month, all posts for the month should be added to the
Monthly calendar document in SharePoint as well as Planner in the Meta Business
Suite for Facebook
Maintain and review all Posts and respond to messages and comments in a timely
manner.
Be the main director for the newsletter (6 times a year this goes out). Create the
format in Canva, add in information, share with development for review, send to
mail chimp and other contacts. This might also include additional newsletters for
after events and thank you’s.
Thank You’s
Every week, make sure to add the donation receipt/check/ach form to donation
page
Mail Thank You’s to specific donations that sent in a check/ach
Create a Thank You, if that month requires a handwritten letter that month.
Manage Salesforce and make sure contacts are up to date, and double-checking
accounting, and temporary contacts. Volunteers
Send volunteers to the Academy when needed.
Stay connected with Academy and EF and get ready to make posts to share any
upcoming volunteer opportunities.
Reach out to Different organizations we partner with to send them volunteer
opportunities and get them connected.
Prepare mailing lists for e-blasts, newsletters, appeals, etc.
Prepare e-newsletters communication.
Pick up marketing materials from the printer as needed. Events
Assist with all events.
Creating marketing materials/flyers for each event
Reach out to previous attendees/donor.
Head up (main point of contact) for smaller events like evenings of hope.
General
assist with tour preparations-make presentation folders, gifts, thank you note, give development manager & CEO background on prospect that’s touring prior to, confirm
the tour prior to with prospect.
maintain donor database in salesforce . Keep duplicates from being added, adding notes after events from donors, making sure contact information and donation
information are up to date.
work with accounting and prior records to establish budgets for events .
be able to work flexibly —in office, evening or early morning academy events, occasional weekend events for outreach/ministry. Be available to attend board
meetings if needed .
Handle all phone calls that go through the development phone number. Provide excellent donor-centric customer service through phone, email, and face-to- face interactions with donors.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
