Real Estate Development Coordinator

Tesla is seeking a Real Estate Development Coordinator with well-rounded expertise to play a key role in the company's continued growth. You will be responsible for supporting acquisition development for Sales, Service, Delivery, Collision, and Warehousing projects across the United States. You will also collaborate cross functionally with internal teams including Legal, Finance, Design, and Construction and external partners including sellers, brokers, and land use attorneys.

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant area of study (Business, RealEstate, Economics, Finance), or equivalent 
• Minimum 5 years of real estate entitlement experience 
• Understanding of real estate principles, concepts and oflegal terms specific to Real Estate
• Experience with municipal planning and zoning proceduresrequired 
• Ability to pivot based on shifting priorities
• Sensitive to confidential or proprietary information
• Paralegal experience *preferred
