Form of workThe primary purpose of this position is to support and assist in planning, coordinating, implementing, and completing real estate development and construction rehabilitation projects to preserve and expand MPHA's housing stock. The incumbent assists with activities associated with housing preservation and production projects on behalf of MPHA, including financing, due diligence, stakeholder engagement and construction related to large-scale projects.
