Responsibilities and expertise include:

• Administer and troubleshoot: PCs, Laptops, tablets and peripherals
• Provide expertise on the implementation and administration of Windows Client Operating Systems.
• Complete support ticket requests from users.
• Responsible for maintaining and creating documentation for systems administered.
• Assists the IT team in other areas such as System Administration as needed.
• Maintain and share knowledge, troubleshoot issues, and mentor team members
• Install configure and troubleshoot printers and other peripherals.
• Assists operations team members to ensure IT equipment functions properly.
• Performs other duties as required.

Required experience:

3 years’ minimum experience in Desktop Support and Administration

A+ or any Microsoft certification preferred but not required.

Microsoft and or Linux Server administration preferred but not required.

Eligibility

• This position is eligible for on-call rotation with additional pay.
• This position is located in our San Antonio office and only local candidates will be considered.
• This position is temp to hire after initial probationary period.
