Your Role:
As a key member of our IT support team and an ambassador of Swift Chip, your role extends beyond technical support. You will:
- Build trusting relationships as a primary onsite technical contact while working both independently and collaboratively with our team to craft strategic solutions.
- Ably work in a hybrid remote role but willing to travel with a reliable vehicle to clients in the Los Angeles County area.
- Deploy, manage, and optimize hardware, software, and other networking related technology.
- Develop knowledge of solutions that align with both immediate and long-term client goals.
- Be responsible for timely and accurate documentation and knowledge transfer.
- Embrace the Swift Chip mission, enhancing IT reliability and effectiveness.
- Effectively escalate issues and take ownership of solving problems.
- Educate clients on IT best practices and Swift Chip solutions.
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction ratings.
We’re Seeking:
- 3+ years in customer service and IT support, preferably with a MSP or consulting background.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Both Windows and Mac experience required with Linux knowledge being a plus.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office 365 deployments is required.
- Experience with Azure, Virtualization, and remote access is a plus.
- Ability to configure routers and switches from scratch is a plus.
- A cybersecurity enthusiast committed to ongoing learning.
- Experience with a PSA preferred. We Use Connectwise.
- Google Workspace administration knowledge is a plus.
- Live versions of Microsoft Server experience a plus.
