Job Description
Job Duties:
- Works in cooperation and under supervision with the Information Technology team. Serves as the initial contact in the department for end user engagement and triage relating to IT needs. Escalates appropriately and as necessary.
- Will support and maintain organizational computer systems and hardware. Will work closely with end users to set up workstations, troubleshoot problems and evaluate requests.
- Performs preventative maintenance on systems to ensure appropriate functionality and system integrity; may include hardware and software maintenance as needed.
- Uses effective communication with staff, vendors, other clients to diagnose issues and coordinate resolution.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in computer science or computer centered discipline
- Familiarity with computer hardware and peripheral equipment including laptops, desktop computers, printers
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office suite products
- Communicates effectively, works independently, takes initiative, and possesses time management skills
- Working in a clinical environment, awareness of OSHA bloodborne pathogens and HIPAA
- Other duties as assigned
