Desktop Support Technician - 48701

We have an immediate long-term contract opportunity with one of our key clients for a position of Desktop Support Technician, to work in Salem, OR.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues encountered by end users.
• Executing break/fix procedures to address technical problems and minimize downtime.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, workstations, and notebook computers to ensure optimal performance.
• Demonstrating a solid understanding of relevant operating systems (e.g., Windows, MacOS) and software applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).
• Providing proficient support for operating systems and software applications.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in supporting both Mac and Windows operating systems.
• Expertise in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Strong knowledge of relevant software applications, including MS Office Suite.
• Ability to execute break/fix procedures efficiently.
