Job Description
We have an immediate long-term contract opportunity with one of our key clients for a position of Desktop Support Technician, to work in Salem, OR.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues encountered by end users.
- Executing break/fix procedures to address technical problems and minimize downtime.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, workstations, and notebook computers to ensure optimal performance.
- Demonstrating a solid understanding of relevant operating systems (e.g., Windows, MacOS) and software applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).
- Providing proficient support for operating systems and software applications.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in supporting both Mac and Windows operating systems.
- Expertise in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Strong knowledge of relevant software applications, including MS Office Suite.
- Ability to execute break/fix procedures efficiently.
