2+ years experience of problem resolution – user support, system application support, operating system support, hardware/software system installation, configuration, + maintenance
Minimum CompTIA Certification (A+)

Day to Day:
- This position will work primarily for the System Project Manager and will assist all other IT work-centers as required and delineated in the job description below. This position will work with and maintain all types of computer hardware, telecommunications and Network equipment as well as all DOH software, including MS Office365 applications and provide helpdesk support as needed. This position will also be responsible for providing comprehensive computer and software training to staff.
- Provide direct on-site IT support to staff. This includes installing, repairing and maintaining all IT hardware, software, peripherals and telecommunications equipment.
- Provide remote assistance to staff. This includes troubleshooting, updating and resolving all local network system issues.
- Provide daily entry for inventory items and receiving new equipment as well as maintain data integrity for each of these systems.
- Assist the Network Administrator in maintaining and servicing Wide Area Network, Local Area Network and all associated network components.
- Perform other duties and tasks as required.
