Deskside Support Technician

We are currently seeking a qualified Deskside Support Technicianto join our client’s team onsite in Lyndon, KY.
Scope of Activity and Responsibilities:

• Performs IMAC tasks
• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals with remote and in person users
• Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems
• Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups
• Identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed
• Assists with network connection issues, track network connections back to network switches
• Escalates problems and issues to a higher level of support if unable to resolve
• Interacts with clients, responding to routine technical questions or requests for information

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience
• A+ certification is a plus
• Must have strong Deskside Support skills
• Must have good customer service skills
