Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified Deskside Support Technicianto join our client’s team onsite in Lyndon, KY.
Scope of Activity and Responsibilities:
- Performs IMAC tasks
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals with remote and in person users
- Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems
- Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups
- Identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed
- Assists with network connection issues, track network connections back to network switches
- Escalates problems and issues to a higher level of support if unable to resolve
- Interacts with clients, responding to routine technical questions or requests for information
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience
- A+ certification is a plus
- Must have strong Deskside Support skills
- Must have good customer service skills
