Pay Details: $29.00 per hour

- Amazing Customer Service
- Create Sales Orders (SO) for direct shipment from VH to Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) plants.
- Issuing switch invoice for importing purpose.
- Respond to HQ/VH request related to direct shipment.
- Communicate HQ, Vietnam plant, sales team to follow up the task.
- Tracking & cancelling open remaining SO balance weekly & report.
- Daily regular SO creation for OEM customers.
- Available inventory check for daily order booking.
- Request inventory movement to Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Daily communication / share shipping plan / order booking status with SCM, Pantos W/H.
- System error trouble shooting with Converged Network Services.
- Ability to problem solve complex customer and supplier issues to be a part of the solution.
- Ability to work early/late hours as required.
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 1+ years of experience in automotive industry.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills.
- Organized and detail focused on communications and process documentation.
- ERP System experience.
- Bilingual in Korean preferred but not required.
