Desk Clerk

Commercial and Residential Management Group is looking for a Desk Clerk for the 97-unit apartment community of Emmons Place Apartments in NW Portland, OR. Amenities at Emmons Place Apartments include a community room, bike storage, community courtyard, resident services office, and lounge.

The Desk Clerk is responsible for monitoring the property overnight by walking the property hourly, monitoring the building cameras, updating the property log book, checking in guests, posting notices as needed, responding to any property emergency, and minor cleaning of common areas.

Location: Emmons Place Apartments (NW Portland)

Hourly Rate: $17/hr

Schedule: PT, Friday and Saturday, 10 pm - 10 am

Weekly Contracted Hours: 22

Additional Compensation: A monthly $25 cell phone stipend

Requirements for the Desk Clerk

• One year of hospitality experience is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Desk Clerk is a plus!
• Knowledge of basic maintenance and/or preventative maintenance is preferred.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
