Required Skills
Design Program Manager - Augment Reality Responsibilities:
- Identify and drive large product initiatives forward that have multiple stakeholders, competing deadlines and many moving parts
- Own and facilitate meetings to drive progress against goals and objectives and establish clear next steps and owners, while resolving blocks that impede progress
- Prioritize, assess tradeoffs, propose clear solutions and communicate strategically
- Define and manage strategic initiatives that improve product team efficiency and impact
- Scale programs and initiatives when necessary
- Proactively assess risk, raise flags and resolve issues before they become problems for larger teams
- Sought out as the operations expert to the management team and trusted leader to cross-functional partners
- Communicate persuasively to the right audience to get buy-in and feedback
- Proactively problem solve and distribute information effectively
- Define and measure impact of programs and initiatives both qualitatively and quantitatively, continually refining and iterating to ensure usage and adoption
- Source and manage operational budgets, vendor relationships and contracts
Minimum Qualification
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience working with product teams or programs (or other equivalent fields) from roadmapping through delivery
- Experience implementing Agile workflows, such as Scrum and Kanban
- Track record of operating independently and without oversight
- Experience managing vendors and contractors
- Experience using data to identify problems and communicate solutions
Preferred Qualification
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working directly with product designers, user experience researchers, and content designers
- Proficient experience with Figma, Prototyping tools
- Experience implementing Agile workflows with teams that have limited or no Agile experience
