Purpose of Role:
As part of this program, early career college graduates (bachelor’s or masters) will commit to working full time at our Divisional Headquarters in Portland, OR. Professional development, mentoring, exposure to our business, and impactful work alongside industry experts and customers, will be part of this unique experience—and you will be supported by a group of smart, hard-working people, many of whom started with the company early in their careers as you create premium products used all over the world.

How you will contribute:
Innovation: Generate innovative ideas develop those into product solutions that meet customer and manufacturing requirements
Problem Solving: Use sound engineering principles and practices in defining, solving, and documenting problem solutions
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Highly proficient in verbal and written English
Leadership experience, gained through participation in sports, clubs or projects that demonstrate your ability to lead and inspire others.
Have an appetite for learning and are open to feedback
Have strong attention to detail, are organized and a team player
Must be permanently eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
