SalaryBrentwood Dermatology offers medical, procedural and cosmetic dermatology services on San Vicente Boulevard in the Brentwood neighborhood of West Los Angeles.
You would be expected to learn, and understand the full scope of the services that we provide, so that you could explain them to the patients. We normally have two full time employees who work as a team to help out one dermatologist, and create a nice office flow. The employee is expected to copy the emotions of the patients, and act in a manner that feels good to the patient's, her own feelings, and the doctor, i.e., be emotionally intelligent. In addition to some managerial duties, you would be expected to assist in various office duties, such as the front desk, medical assistant tasks, and some cleaning of the workspace. You could work forty hours per week, Monday through Friday 8:50 - 5:15, or skip Tuesday mornings, and / or half a day on Thursdays to work 32-36 hours per week.
Minimum two years of college education would be preferred.
