Dependable Apartment Leasing Agent Needed

This position is Tuesday-Saturday 8am-5pm / 9am-6pm (spring/summer ).

Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential tenants
- Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist with the leasing process, including application review, background checks, and lease preparation
- Review lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant information and lease agreements
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software for lead tracking and follow-up
- Provide excellent customer service and address tenant concerns or maintenance requests promptly
- Work with property manager/service team to ensure efficient property maintenance and repairs
- Perform data entry tasks related to leasing activities

Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Dependable, arrives on time and ready to work at posted start time
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Familiarity with property management software or computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)/Real Page
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Previous experience in Apartment Leasing or property management
- Knowledge of VA Fair Housing laws
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business administration is a plus!

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
