Full time position
$17-$22 plus per hr. determined by performance.
We are seeking a full time/part time qualified and caring Dental receptionist Treatment plan coordinator to join our team! As a Dental receptionist, you will provide top-notch dental care that makes our clients feel like family. The ideal candidate has a previous experience as a Dental receptionist. Our office is successful, established, and has state of the art equipment. Candidate must have good knowledge of various insurances. Minimum of 1 yr experience. Candidate should also be a dependable, punctual, motivated, self starter, friendly, team player, able to manage time, and multi task. Strong background in dental coding is a plus. Also, you must be comfortable going over payment plan by using Care Credit. Compensation to be determined base on performance and experience. Responsibilities
- Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable
- Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions they have
- Generate, go over, and close dental Treatment plans
- Care credit
- Schedule appointments
Qualifications
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to provide high-quality patient care

Schedule:
- 32-40 working hours a week Monday to Friday, every other Sat.
Supplemental Pay:
- Bonus pay
Experience:
- Dental Customer/dental Treatment plan service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Care Credit financing 1 year (Preferred)
