Dental Receptionist/Treatment Plan Coordinator

Successful Glenview family practice seeking an experienced, highly motivated individual with a minimum of 3 year experience. Candidate must possess excellent communication skill and a caring, patient oriented demeanor. Cross trained and Dentrix knowledge is a plus.

Position is Full time. We are open on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and alternate Saturdays.

Duties Include:
-answering the phone, e-mails and updating & calling patients from our on-line scheduling system
-greeting and scheduling patient's appointments
-verifying and entering patient's insurance
-calling patients with pending treatment
-presenting treatment plans
-collecting payments
-printing daily reports
-familiar with Dentrix Ascend
