Dental Treatment Coordinator / Dental Front Office

Our office is looking for a dependable team player to join our growing team of dental professionals. Qualified applicants should have a minimum of 2 years Dental Front Office experience .

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role by providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and checking in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Scheduling appointments

- Prepare and present treatment plans
- Verifying insurance coverage and obtaining necessary authorizations
- Collecting patient information and maintaining accurate records in electronic records systems
- Assisting with billing and payment processing
- Answering phone calls and addressing patient inquiries
- Collaborating with the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the Front Office area
