Dental Scheduler

Multi-specialty Dental Office,

Searching for a Dental Front desk specializing in Scheduling. YouWill be expected to schedule towards goal, and same day scheduling. Must have minimum 3 years of experience. Must be profecient in Governmment - Dentaquest insurance and PPO's.

Skillsets and Requirments

• Previous experience in scheduling and managing Dental Front desk
• Extremely High level of customer service and excellent phone skills
• Same Day scheduling
• Strong and Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and Goal oriented.
• Spanish speaking

Support

• You be supported by a Dedicated virtual front desk Team Member
• Will have remote access through managing software

About Us

• Primarily a high volume office, that primarily takes dentaquest insurance, with a mix of PPO and our own in-house plan.
• We have six operatories, cbct, itero scanner and nitrous. Our speciality services besides general dentistry are Implants, orthodontics, and Pediatric services.

• Weekdays and Weekends

Compensation

• $20-23 to start depending on skill set and ability to transition into practice
• $25+ when factor profit sharing and reaching target goals
• Ability in future to move into treatment coordinating Management, and higher pay grades

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
