Prime Dental Management is a dental support organization for a network of dental practices in the Dallas Ft. Worth metroplex. We are currently seeking an entry level and/or experienced Outbound business to consumer telephone lead generator to join our team.
Job Description
Representatives will perform outbound call outreach and carefully determine prospective customer needs for targeted products and services. You will bring new opportunities to our sales pipeline to grow business and expand our reach into our existing and potentially new client relationships via calling internal lists of current clients to help them obtain necessary dental care. You will maintain and update contact lists and build opportunities to convert to our sales team.
Responsibilities
- Complete outbound calls daily
- Track rate of conversion to sales.
- Track outbound info on internal system.
- Navigate client lists, call queues, websites to gain access to patient lists.
- Retain training materials and continue in knowledge process.
Required Skills
- A highly energetic self-starter who loves people and possesses an attitude that is willing to learn and develop a skill set.
- A determination to followup with leads through navigating call lists, websites, Google Adwords and Facebook Ads leads.
- Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
- Willingness to learn our internal system and processes.
- Document calls and update account history as necessary.
- Ability to type at least 35 wpm.
- Can multitask.
- Have customer service experience and excellent communications abilities.
- Participate in weekly coaching.
- Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
- Ability to adhere to a schedule.
- Ability to remain professional at all times during the call.
- Bi-Lingual(Spanish) Preferred
