```Duties:```
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Manage patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Provide administrative support to dental staff
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
```Skills:```
- Excellent patient service skills, with the ability to make patients feel comfortable and at ease
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple calls simultaneously
- Knowledge of medical records management and confidentiality protocols
- Experience working in an office or administrative setting
- Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist is preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
