Dental Receptionist

We are seeking a skilled and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our dental office, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth patient experience. ```Duties:```
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims
- Collect and process payments from patients
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- Assist with dental office administrative tasks as assigned

```Skills:```
- Proficiency in eClinicalWorks, Eaglesoft, Epic, Dentrix, or similar dental practice management software
- Knowledge of medical terminology and dental procedures
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Experience managing medical records is a plus

-Korean or Spanish bilingual preferred

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
