We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Dental/Orthodontic Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth functioning of our dental/orthodontic practice. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Schedule and confirm appointments, both in person and over the phone
- Manage patient records and update information as necessary
- Handle financial transactions, including collecting payments and issuing receipts
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Coordinate with the dental/orthodontic team to ensure efficient patient flow
- Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns or inquiries
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist in a dental or orthodontic setting is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using dental/orthodontic software and computer systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of dental/orthodontic terminology and procedures is a plus
- Professional and courteous demeanor
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position. The working schedule will be determined based on the needs of the practice.
