Dental Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Dental/Orthodontic Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth functioning of our dental/orthodontic practice. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Schedule and confirm appointments, both in person and over the phone
• Manage patient records and update information as necessary
• Handle financial transactions, including collecting payments and issuing receipts
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
• Coordinate with the dental/orthodontic team to ensure efficient patient flow
• Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns or inquiries

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a receptionist in a dental or orthodontic setting is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in using dental/orthodontic software and computer systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of dental/orthodontic terminology and procedures is a plus
• Professional and courteous demeanor

Working Hours:

This is a part-time position. The working schedule will be determined based on the needs of the practice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
