Dental Receptionist

Job description

We are looking for an exceptional candidate for our Registration Clerk position, in a fast-paced, high volume Ambulatory Surgery Center. This position is Full-Time, 5 days a week, Monday thru Friday 8:30 am -5pm . Our surgery center provides exceptional dental surgery to children.

Qualifications:

• This position requires a high school graduate or GED
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Applicant should be organized and neat, able to multitask effortlessly, work well under pressure, be comfortable working independently, and as a team member
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Most importantly, the ideal candidate is open to training regardless of experience, is punctual, dependable, knowledgeable, and has a positive attitude!

• Customer service/Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
• Dentrix: 1 year (Preferred)
• Knowledge of Medi-Cal (Plus)
• Medical and Dental Authorizations (Plus)

Language:

• Spanish (Preferred)
