Dental Receptionist

Our state-of-the-art modern and friendly family dental practice in Malden, MA is looking for Patient Care Coordinator with a dynamic and upbeat personality to join our team.

D2 Dental Associates has an affirming, energetic, supportive culture and is a positive place to grow personally and professionally. Our office is conveniently located in Malden Square and has easy access to public transit. There is free parking available and many great coffee shops and businesses nearby.

A successful candidate must be a team player, have excellent understanding of dental insurances and calculating co-payments. We use Dentrix, digital x-rays and our office is paperless.

1 or 2 year dental front desk experience is required.

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to; checking in / out patients, insurance verification, treatment planning / calculating patient co-insurance, scheduling appointments, preparing daily huddles, confirmation of appointments, ensuring schedule is filled.

The right candidate for this position will demonstrate clear communication skills, a positive attitude, coachability, ability to work well within a team environment as well as independently.

Pay: $20.27 - $24.41 per hour
