- Friday - Sunday: closed
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Dentrix software and billing processes is essential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Office management experience is an essential asset
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the schedules of the Doctor and Hygienist
- Handle incoming phone calls and patient inquiries
- Coordinate with insurance companies and billing processes
- Verify patient insurance coverage prior to appointments
- Clearly present and explain the financial aspects of dental care to patients
- Offer assistance with the back-office/clinical duties as required
