Dental Receptionist

We are in need of a highly organized and efficient individual to act as our new Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have strong communication skills and a commitment to providing professional customer service. Our dental office is a busy, small practice and we are interested in hiring an individual who can multi-task and manage several responsibilities at once.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls from customers and schedule appointments.
• Provide customer service.
• Answer customer questions about prices and payment plans.
• Provide general information about the office and dental procedures.
• Handle incoming faxes, emails, and other types of communication.
• Serve as a patient liaison for patients with specific questions about their dental appointments.
• Be familiar with different insurance plans that the office accepts.
• Verify insurances and patient eligibility

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.17 per hour
