We are looking for a pleasant Front Dental Representative to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the “face” of the practice for all patients and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to have strong communication skills and give accurate information. Dental receptionist: 1 year experience (Required).
- Welcoming patients and visitors to the dental office
- Answering phone calls, emails, in a prompt and courteous manner
- Maintaining patient records and keeping them confidential, must be extremely detail-oriented.
- Processing patient billing and payments
- Communicating with dental insurance companies to verify coverage and process claims
- Coordinating with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Are in charge of general office duties and ordering office supplies.
- Enter patient information onto the data system, answer patients’ questions, and arrange referrals to other dental specialists.
- Competency, integrity, accountability and emotional intelligence.

- Maintain hygiene schedule
- Ensure dentist schedule is full

Full Time
Monday 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Tuesday 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday 6:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Thursday 6:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Friday 6:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Third Saturday of each month – 7:45 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (Pizza for lunch).
Bi-Lingual Spanish is necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
