Loveland Pediatric Dentistry is a single doctor owned private practice in Loveland, OH. Our mission is to provide extraordinary, comprehensive pediatric dental services for infants, children, adolescents, and individuals with special needs. Care will be provided in our state-of-the-art facility by energetic and caring staff. We're looking for a well-organized, polite and detail-oriented individual who can efficiently communicate with our customers. The Front Office Coorindator will be required to handle customer questions and concerns, as well as direct customers to the appropriate area of our office with a smile and a friendly demeanor. The ideal candidate will also have good computer skills and an experience working in offices.
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephones in a timely and courteous manner.
- Answer questions about the company and its products and services.
- Assist with scheduling appointments
- Ensure patients have filled out appropriate forms
- Answer and direct telephone calls, texts and emails
- Be on time for work
- Provide administrative support to members of the office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
